Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the item is defective or if the wrong item was sent.

  • Issues must be reported immediately upon delivery with photos for verification.

  • Size exchanges are not available.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-sized or personalized products are final sale and non-returnable.

Refunds
