Return Process You have 15 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Please check your order when it arrives and contact us immediately at help.goodluckleather@gmail.com if there’s a problem (like a defective or wrong item).
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
- You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

- To exchange, return the original item. Once the return is approved, we’ll ship the replacement.
Size Exchange Policy If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, please follow these steps:

Return the Original Product
Send the product to our return address. Please note that the return shipping charges must be covered by the customer. -
Shipping Charges for New Size
In the case of a size exchange, the customer is also responsible for the shipping charges of the new size product being sent.
Non-Returnable Items Some items can’t be returned, like custom sizes or personalized products. Contact us with questions about specific items.
Refunds and Store Credit
- We will refund the product amount only, after the return is received and inspected.

Shipping charges will be deducted from your refund, even if your original order qualified for free shipping.
- All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds can take 7-10 days, depending on your bank.
